Do you accept Returns:

 

Yes - I accept returns on non-custom items (eg. standard fanny packs and cosmetics bags) if:

 

• You contact me within 3 days of receiving your order
• You return the item within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused, in original condition, and free from marks, scents, or damage

What items are non returnable?

 

The following cannot returned or exchanged.

• Custom fabric choices or color combinations
• Items with personalization (e.g. names added)
• Made-to-order or special request designs.

 

These items are made just for you and are final sale.

How do exchanges work?

If you’d like to exchange a non-custom item (for a different color or design):

1. Contact me within 3 days
2. Ship the item back within 7 days
3. Once received and approved, I’ll ship your replacement
   🧾 I’ll invoice you for the cost to send the new item out.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If there’s any issue with your order, please contact me right away. I want you to be happy with your purchase and I’ll make it right.

Who pays for return shipping?

Buyers are responsible for return postage. Please use tracked delivery and keep your receipt.

If the item is returned used, damaged, or with strong scents (perfume/smoke), it will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations are no longer accepted as I begin preparing your item quickly.

When will I receive my refund?

 

• Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 days
• Refunds go back to your original payment method
• Your bank/card provider may take 2–5 working days to post the refund
